How long does migration from spreadsheets or existing systems take?
Most funeral homes are fully live on Sankorra in under 30 days. Our migration team imports your case records, outstanding balances, compliance history and filing archives from spreadsheets, legacy desktop software or paper records — all included in your subscription at no extra charge. We've migrated operations of all sizes across Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tema.
How does Sankorra handle compliance records?
Every case carries a release checklist, a full audit trail of who did what and when, and a chain-of-custody log from body-tag intake to final release. Cold-storage temperature logs are recorded continuously. Invoices include the Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund breakdown, and management reports can be exported for accountants or regulators on demand. Regulatory submissions themselves (BDR, MMDA, GRA) remain with your team — Sankorra keeps the records clean and exportable.
Can one account cover several types of operation — funeral home, mortuary, cemetery, chapel?
Yes. Each Sankorra account runs one facility, and a facility can have several facility types active at once — for example funeral home + mortuary + chapel, or cemetery + crematorium. Each type unlocks the modules it needs. Starter includes one facility type, Professional up to three, and Enterprise unlimited. Additional types can be added on.
What family-facing features are available?
Families receive SMS and email notifications at key milestones and can pay outstanding balances through MoMo payment links sent straight to their phone. Sankorra reconciles each payment against the right case and invoice automatically, so front-desk staff never chase receipts on WhatsApp again.
